About the Role

  • Provide day-to-day support, guidance and advice to students and volunteers.
  • Facilitate and ensure consistency in referral of cases to MARAC based on the use of a common risk identification tool and referral form for victims.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation to ensure the smooth running of the MARAC, including referral forms, template research forms and minutes.
  • To administrate and support the IDAS service with other professional meetings such as MADA.
  • To support data collation for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attend meetings, training, and supervision sessions to support continuous improvement.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
