About the Role
- To provide administrative support to the Accommodation Manager, Refuge and Dispersed Accommodation teams.
- To support data collation for reporting purposes and preparing reports for submission.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management or staff.
- Oversee office and refuge/dispersed supplies, maintain inventory levels, and order supplies as needed.
- This includes managing office equipment and ensuring that the office environment is conducive to productivity.
- To promote the work of Independent Domestic Abuse Services.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
