IDAS, the Independent Domestic Abuse Service, in Yorkshire, seeks a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, and HR policy across the organisation. You will partner with the Head of People to manage complex cases, TUPE transfers, and organisational change.
This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role offers a competitive salary, pro-rata options, hybrid working (York-based with travel across North and South Yorkshire), 26 days leave, pension and health plan.
