About the Role

  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and contractor activity across IDAS properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Support the development of systems and processes to manage maintenance, compliance, and health and safety.
  • Monitor inspections and risk assessments, ensuring required actions are completed promptly.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Work within budgets while contributing to service improvements and strengthening compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalized.
