About the Role
- Provide day‑to‑day case management support and guidance to a small team of DAPs/IDVAs.
- Hold a small caseload of high‑risk clients, offering practical and emotional support.
- Oversee case allocation, staff rotas, and performance management.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are addressed and services are delivered in line with IDAS policies.
- Liaise with external agencies including police, legal services, housing, and health professionals.
- Represent IDAS at MARAC, case conferences, and multi‑agency meetings.
- Deliver and oversee group programmes for clients.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are under‑represented or marginalised.
