About The Role

  • To provide administrative support to the Accommodation Manager, Refuge and Dispersed Accommodation teams.
  • To support data collation for reporting purposes and preparing reports for submission.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management or staff.
  • Oversee office and refuge/dispersed supplies, maintain inventory levels, and order supplies as needed.
  • This includes managing office equipment and ensuring that the office environment is conducive to productivity.
  • To promote the work of Independent Domestic Abuse Services.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring services are accessible and responsive to the needs of all communities, including those who are underrepresented or marginalised.
