Our clinic is a distinguished private ophthalmic centre specialising in complex, blindness-related conditions. Renowned for exceptional discretion, personalised service, and a calming, elegant environment, we also operate a rapidly expanding medical trials division.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both patients and consultants, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style experience. You will work in a highly professional environment, coordinating diaries, managing sensitive information, and supporting both clinical and administrative functions. This is far more than a traditional reception role. It is a position suited to an individual accustomed to operating within ultra-high-net-worth environments, where discretion, refinement and anticipatory service are second nature.

The role offers a salary of up to £33k and operates on a Monday - Friday basis (8.00am-5.00pm, 9.00am-6.00pm, 10.00am-7.00pm) with some overtime required at times to coordinate emergency appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for consultants and patients, delivering an impeccable, high-end service.
  • Coordinate emergency and routine appointments, including surgical procedures, liaising with consultants, surgeons, nurses, and anaesthetists.
  • Manage multiple consultant clinic diaries with precision and discretion.
  • Communicate professionally and tactfully across all channels - in person, by telephone, and via email.
  • Handle confidential patient information and process payments discreetly.
  • Oversee operational tasks such as stock control, ordering clinical supplies, and coordinating maintenance services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation, confidentiality, and service excellence at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a high-net-worth or luxury-focused environment.
  • Suitable backgrounds include: Five-star or ultra-luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, luxury fashion houses or flagship boutiques, UHNW private households or private PA roles, high-end concierge or bespoke client services.
  • Strong office experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and medical professionals.
  • Sophisticated, polished presentation and an anticipatory approach to client needs.
