An exciting opportunity for a Private Medical Receptionist has become available to join a Front of House team in a private clinic on Harley Street (close to Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations) with a competitive salary on offer. The clinic is highly specialised, independently owned with state-of-the-art facilities, and is dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise in eyes. The salary is up to £30k. Private Clinic Medical Receptionist As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending the reception, registration and cashiering areas. · Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday · Salary depends on experience, 23 days of holidays Private Medical Receptionist responsibilities · Liaising with patients over the phone and via email to book appointments · Managing up to 3 clinic diaries, taking payments, advising on treatment plans, and dealing with any issues that arise. · The Medical Receptionist will also be required to take on administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, stock-taking, and scheduling building maintenance appointments as and when needed. · To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff, and clinic visitors. · To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best patient services are delivered. Skills & Experience · Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar private clinic or hospital · Excellent communicator, adaptable with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
