It is a position suited to an individual accustomed to operating within high-net-worth environments, where discretion, refinement and anticipatory service are second nature. The role offers a salary of up to £33k and operates on a Monday - Friday basis (8.00am-5.00pm, 9.00am-6.00pm, 10.00am-7.00pm) with some overtime required at times to coordinate emergency appointments.

We are seeking a candidate from a high net worth, luxury-led background. Some previous office experience is essential, and candidates must also demonstrate a career history within one or more of the following environments:

  • Five-star or ultra-luxury hotels
  • Private members’ clubs
  • Luxury fashion houses or flagship boutiques
  • UHNW private household or private PA roles

This role requires a naturally sophisticated communicator who understands the expectations of discerning clientele and is entirely comfortable interacting with high-profile individuals, consultants and private patients. The clinic is renowned for delivering an exceptional, discreet and highly personalised service within an elegant, calming setting. Specialising in complex, blindness-related conditions, the practice also has a rapidly expanding medical trials division, further enhancing its reputation at the forefront of private ophthalmic care.

Private Medical Receptionist duties:

  • Process payments confidentially and respond to sensitive patient treatment enquiries
  • Oversee operational and administrative responsibilities including stock control, ordering of clinical supplies and coordination of maintenance services
