A small, prestigious private medical clinic in Marylebone is looking for an experienced Private Medical PA / Clinic Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a specialist Doctor. This is a varied, hands-on role within a close-knit team of just 11 staff, combining private medical PA support, patient liaison, clinic coordination and general administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 PA and administrative support to the Doctor.
  • Managing the Doctor’s diary, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Coordinating patient communications, investigations, referrals and correspondence.
  • Liaising with patients, GPs, hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare providers.
  • Preparing clinical information and test results ahead of consultations.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Welcoming patients and providing a professional, empathetic front-of-house service.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, including invoicing, payments, stock and general administration.
  • Working proactively and anticipating the needs of the Doctor and patients.

About you:

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a private medical clinic or hospital environment. You will be highly organised, discreet and confident dealing with patients and medical professionals, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
