Senior Staff Nurse – up to £46,000
A wonderful opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Nurse to join a leading women’s health practice in Harley Street.
This is a full time, 35 hours per week shift pattern position, Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday mornings)
The Senior Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting the Lead Nurse with the clinical and operational running of the service.
You will primarily be based at Harley Street but may work across our other clinics as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate and personalised patient care.
- Support and deputise for the Lead Nurse.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.
- Perform phlebotomy, observations, vaccinations, injections and cervical screening.
- Assist consultants with outpatient procedures and chaperone patients.
- Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and high clinical standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, health and safety and CQC requirements.
- Work effectively with consultants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support staff development, stock management and service improvement.
Requirements
- Valid NMC Registered Nurse registration.
- Nursing degree or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Phlebotomy experience – essential.
- Gynaecology nursing experience – essential.
- Excellent communication, organisation and patient-care skills.
- Compassionate, professional and flexible approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
