Studio Coordinator
£33,000–£38,000
An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning design studio as their Studio Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of this busy studio based in Kensington and Chelsea. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all guests, clients and staff; and they are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional and efficient. Ideally you will have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong Office Manager responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
Welcome clients and guests and manage reception
Coordinate meeting rooms, lunches and office supplies
Arrange couriers, post, taxis and travel
Organise staff events and activities
Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming studio
Provide general office and administrative support
About You
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented
Experience in studio, office or administrative support
Creative industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
Available to work Monday–Friday, office-based
