Studio Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning design studio as their Studio Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of this busy studio based in Kensington and Chelsea.This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all guests, clients and staff; and they are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional and efficient. Ideally you will have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcome clients and guests and manage reception
- Coordinate meeting rooms, lunches and office supplies
- Arrange couriers, post, taxis and travel
- Organise staff events and activities
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming studio
- Provide general office and administrative support
About You
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented
- Experience in studio, office or administrative support
- Creative industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Available to work Monday–Friday, office-based
