Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and management of project deliverables and programme schedules for the company's clients. Operating primarily on a hybrid basis including attending the company office in London and occasional travel to client sites as necessary, this role will work in close partnership with the Client Solutions Lead and collaborate with the wider team. The Project Manager will oversee crossâfunctional initiatives, ensuring all project milestones and deliverables are met according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of technical systems and data management, ideally with experience in public sector programmes. Experience in handling and administering large data sets is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for high profile clients.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to deliver services on schedule and within scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison in collaboration with Client Solutions Lead between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Lead or support site visits for project scoping, commissioning, and solution deployment.
- Support technical solution design, smartcard deployment, and encryption key management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards throughout all phases of delivery.
- Oversee data processing, quality control, and reporting related to client smartcard and identity management systems.
- Develop project documentation, including technical proposals, solution design artifacts, and performance reports.
- Contribute to the refinement and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Support with other company or group company activities as required.
- Undergo and maintain UK Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC) as a minimum.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing technical access control implementation projects.
- Strong organisational and problemâsolving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical literacy and be able to credibly communicate complex topics with dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Waterfall & Agile project management methodologies.
- Eligible for UK Security Vetting (minimum SC level); must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or APMG/PMI-ACP.
- Experience delivering complex IT projects.
- Exposure to secure environments within government or CNI sectors.
- Familiarity with ITIL or service desk environments.
