THE ROLE
- Manage and develop a high-performing outbound lead generation team, focused on booking appointments and building client pipelines.
- Drive results, improve performance and support both your team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day-to-day running of the call centre.
- Drive performance across lead generation & appointment setting.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Implement structure, processes, and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs including call quality, dial activity & conversions.
- Conduct 1-1s, coaching & performance management.
- Support onboarding of new clients and campaigns.
- Work closely with clients to manage appointment diaries.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to scale the operation.
