About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide first-class administrative support to the CEO & MD. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO/MD's schedules, workload, and meeting commitments, ensuring seamless coordination across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO/MD, handling enquiries and messages professionally.
  • Manage emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Oversee diary management, ensuring smooth scheduling in alignment with business priorities.
  • Track and follow up on key action points with the CEO/MD and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support, including handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant at CEO/MD level within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Strong ability to prioritise workloads, multitask, and maintain efficiency under pressure.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
