We have a new opportunity for a Permanent Complex Care Lead Nurse in London.

Key details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Shift Days: Monday to Friday
  • Location: 3 days in the client’s South West London office, 2 days in the community
  • Shift Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, plus Oyster Card and mileage reimbursement

Duties: The Lead Nurse ensures quality care and safety for clients and carers. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, the Lead Nurse will support Nurse Case Managers, lead clinical teams, and manage a small caseload. Responsibilities include client onboarding, clinical training, and ensuring compliance with care standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leadership within NHS or private complex care settings managing community packages
  • Experience caring for children and adults with complex health needs
  • Proficiency in tracheostomy, ventilation, oxygen therapy, suction, enteral feeds, and catheterisation
  • Knowledge of spinal care
  • Experience with enteral feeding
