About the Role: We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support the smooth delivery of day-to-day activity across administration, inbox management, social media, events, job postings and CRM data management in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all inboxes, including social media and reviews.
- Supporting internal and external events, ensuring stand materials, sales assets and merch is available, packed, and shipped/taken to the event on time (attendance required for some events).
- Manage the costs and inventory associated with events and merch.
- Manage our job postings and application process.
- Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) data clean and provide reporting/analysis as/when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn.
- Highly organised with a good attention to detail.
- Within commuting distance of Milton Keynes Head office.
- Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Desirable:
- Background in Healthcare and/or Recruitment.
- Experience in Events organisation/ HubSpot/ CRM solutions and Job boards.
