About the Role

We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long-term, stable placement based in a family home setting. This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy, conversation and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 12 months of care experience including: Seizure management, Tracheostomy care experience, Nebuliser therapy and Oral suctioning
  • Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Good communication skills and IT confidence
  • Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
  • Hold an understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health

  • Car driver
  • Recent UK experience
  • Hold a full right to work in the UK
