We have a new opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant in Plymouth.

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

  • Contract date: ASAP – Ongoing
  • Shift: Weekends Friday/Saturday/ Sunday long days
  • Pay Rate: £18 per hour
    • Assisting with personal care tasks like showering, dressing, and grooming.
    • Supporting with meal preparation and eating.
    • Managing medications and ensuring clients take prescribed drugs.
    • Helping with housekeeping and other household tasks.Duties: Daily Living and Personal Care:

    Social and Emotional Support:

    • Providing companionship and fostering positive social interactions.
    • Supporting clients to participate in community activities and outings.
    • Offering emotional support and encouragement.

Experience: Previous experience as a HCA preferably with elderly client groups or NHS experience. Medication training will be preferred but not essential.
