Our dedicated team continuously seeks new ways to improve and adapt our services, making a meaningful difference in the lives we touch.

We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long-term, stable placement based in a family home setting. This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy, conversation and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine.

  • Reliable long-term work – not last-minute shift offers.
  • Weekly pay

  • Allocated care coordinator and clinical lead who provide continuous support, including out-of-hours

At least 12 months of care experience including:

  • Seizure management
  • Tracheostomy care experience
  • Nebuliser therapy
  • Oral suctioning

Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team

Hold an understanding of safeguarding

Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
