We have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).

Duties: Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines and Trust policies.

Responsibilities include supporting the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, administering medication safely where required, maintaining accurate clinical records, promoting patient dignity and wellbeing, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
