Duties: Provide safe, high-quality, woman-centred maternity care in accordance with NMC guidelines and Trust policies. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods, supporting normal birth, recognising and escalating complications, administering medication safely, maintaining accurate clinical records, promoting the wellbeing of women and newborns, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective maternity care.
