The Opportunity

We are looking for a client-focused and strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Managed Services team. In this key role, you’ll be the primary liaison for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations, building trusted relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions, and helping clients meet both clinical and financial goals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the growth and success of our client partnerships by ensuring service excellence, retention, and performance against key SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Act as the dedicated point of contact for NHS Trusts and healthcare clients.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and on-site meetings.
    • Lead client service reviews and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Service Delivery & Strategic Support
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of staffing requirements.
    • Understand each client’s operational challenges and develop bespoke solutions.
    • Support implementation of cost-saving strategies across healthcare services.
  • Account Growth & Retention
    • Contribute to strategic account plans alongside the Head of Managed Services.
    • Track client performance metrics and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs.
    • Offer workforce planning insights and process improvement recommendations.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate CRM records of client communication and activities.
    • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on ad hoc projects.

  • Frequency of client visits and relationship reviews
  • Delivery against cost-saving targets for NHS Trusts
  • Achievement of fill rate and service level targets
  • Positive client feedback and retention metrics
  • Contribution to account growth and strategic planning

About You

  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within healthcare or staffing services
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of NHS organisational structures and procurement processes
  • Background in high-volume service sales
