In this key role, you\βll be the primary liaison for NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations, building trusted relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions, and helping clients meet both clinical and financial goals.This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the growth and success of our client partnerships by ensuring service excellence, retention, and performance against key SLAs and KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingAct as the dedicated point of contact for NHS Trusts and healthcare clients.Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and on-site meetings.Lead client service reviews and identify opportunities for service improvement.Service Delivery & Strategic SupportCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of staffing requirements.Understand each client\βs operational challenges and develop bespoke solutions.Support implementation of cost-saving strategies across healthcare services.Account Growth & RetentionContribute to strategic account plans alongside the Head of Managed Services.Track client performance metrics and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs.Offer workforce planning insights and process improvement recommendations.Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate CRM records of client communication and activities.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on ad hoc projects.Key Performance IndicatorsFrequency of client visits and relationship reviewsDelivery against cost-saving targets for NHS TrustsAchievement of fill rate and service level targetsPositive client feedback and retention metricsContribution to account growth and strategic planningAbout YouExperience in client-facing roles, ideally within healthcare or staffing servicesExcellent communication and relationship management skillsGCSEs in English and MathsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of NHS organisational structures and procurement processesBackground in high-volume service salesLearning & DevelopmentWe are committed to your personal and professional growth.
