We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site General Manager to lead the operations of our brand new fast‑paced 3PL warehouse. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance across all aspects of the site. Key Responsibilities
- Lead your management team to support the build, launch and embedding of the new site and its team.
- Establish strong working relationships across your managers and the support teams to ensure continued success on site.
- Support the launch project of the site.
- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring service levels, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for service delivery and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transport, and value‑added services.
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and performance.
