Key Responsibilities
- Support daily site operations by delivering accurate administrative and finance‑focused tasks.
- Process invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and assist with month‑end activities.
- Handle invoice queries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Generate weekly operational and financial statistics.
- Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances in spend.
