ID Inquiries Ltd is a busy Brand Protection and Corporate Investigation Company, established in 1990 and located in Craighall Business Park, Glasgow, G4 9XA. This is a full time permanent post, hours Monday to Friday 9 - 5 (4pm Fridays). There is some flexibility for WFH. 25 days Annual Leave, 10 days Public Holiday. Auto enrolment pension. Professional and Personal References will be sought. July 2026 start. Successful Candidate must have clean Criminal Record and will be subject to a Credit Check.

Candidates must be computer literate with excellent, proven MS365 experience and skillset. Practical exercises will be offered during interview stages.

Work Aspects:

  • This post centres around the planning and co-ordination of covert visits to commercial premises in accordance with client requirements, geography and aligned with most suitable live televised football available.
  • The successful client will be involved in case management, will be front facing with client, providing training to those undertaking visits, researching targets, along with required quality management and control of work.
  • A thorough working knowledge of football is required, along with an overall interest in sport in general.
  • Experience of working in logistics and/or targeting geographically would be useful.
  • Building good relationships with our Client, Contractors and Suppliers is an essential part of the post.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to participate in regular meetings, both internal and external and to take part in regular training sessions with contractors.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Proven admin skills, particularly relating to Excel.
  • Ability to co-ordinate, prioritise and disseminate large amounts of data.
  • Professional attitude to work, particularly when dealing with client.
  • Confident approach but not arrogant.
  • Ability to deal with working in a pressurised, time critical environment.
  • Flexibility to deal with last minute requests from client.
  • A thorough knowledge of football and sport in general.
  • Pro-active approach to learning new disciplines.

The successful Candidate will be joining a successful, long established Company who work with Blue Chip Clients in the legal and compliance disciplines. They will be working with their team, the wider company, a large network of contractors and suppliers. This is an exciting position and will attract candidates looking for a challenge and the chance to excel and drive forward standards. This position will entail working with a client system, for which full training will be provided. Interviews will take place in early July with a late July/early Aug start envisaged. This post will not suit Administrators with only payroll experience.
