Junior Operations Manager - Cleaning & Facilities Services

Position: Full-Time

We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Junior Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our cleaning and facilities management company.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing staff rotas across multiple sites.
• Coordinating cleaners and supervisors and arranging cover for absences and holidays.
• Managing day-to-day communication with cleaners, supervisors, and clients.
• Monitoring attendance, lateness and missed shifts.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and administration for new starters.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
• Managing holiday requests, availability and staff changes.
• Supporting and managing cleaners and supervisors with daily operational matters.
• Resolving staffing and operational issues and escalating when necessary.
• Ensuring client requirements and cleaning standards are communicated and followed.
• Supporting senior management with general operational and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Fluent Bulgarian and English - essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident managing and coordinating staff.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities management or operations is an advantage.
