The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions, invoice processing, account reconciliations, financial reporting, VAT preparation support, and implementing systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process, review, and submit invoices on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain organised financial documentation.
