We are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Junior Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our cleaning and facilities management company.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing staff rotas across multiple sites.
- Coordinating cleaners and supervisors and arranging cover for absences and holidays.
- Managing day-to-day communication with cleaners, supervisors, and clients.
- Monitoring attendance, lateness and missed shifts.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and administration for new starters.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Managing holiday requests, availability and staff changes.
- Supporting and managing cleaners and supervisors with daily operational matters.
- Resolving staffing and operational issues and escalating when necessary.
- Ensuring client requirements and cleaning standards are communicated and followed.
- Supporting senior management with general operational and administrative duties.
