ID Card Centre is a leading provider of ID card printing solutions and accessories, supporting businesses across the UK through a fast-paced B2B ecommerce operation. We’re focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and driving sustainable growth through smarter, more personalised customer communications.
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to own and deliver our CRM strategy and campaigns, driving customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value across our B2B ecommerce customer base. You’ll be responsible for planning, building and optimising email campaigns, automated journeys and lifecycle communications using Brevo and our CRM platform—ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will manage audience segmentation, personalisation, and CRM data quality while maintaining a structured communications calendar. With a strong analytical mindset, you’ll continuously review performance, test and refine campaigns, and turn insights into action to improve engagement and commercial outcomes across onboarding, reactivation, upsell and retention journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver the CRM marketing strategy for ID Card Centre
- Plan, execute and optimise CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchases and lifetime value in a B2B ecommerce environment
- Manage audience segmentation, customer data and personalisation strategies
- Build and deploy email campaigns, workflows and automated journeys
- Monitor performance, report on KPIs and generate actionable insights
- Maintain CRM data quality, compliance and GDPR best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
- Building and deploying email campaigns and automations using Brevo
- Managing customer records, segments and workflows within our CRM (experience with ProspectSoft advantageous but not essential)
- Creating and optimising lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, reactivation, upsells and customer retention
- Maintaining and managing the CRM communications calendar
- Reviewing campaign performance, engagement metrics and conversion data
- Working with Marketing and Sales to inform targeting, messaging and timing
- Testing subject lines, content, frequency and workflows as part of a test-and-learn approach
- Proven experience in a CRM or CRM marketing role
- Experience working within a B2B ecommerce environment
- Hands-on experience owning and executing CRM campaigns end to end
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
- Commercially aware, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights
- Confident working with customer data, segmentation and automation logic
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a commercially driven environment
