About the Role: Due to continuous development and growth, ID Card Centre is looking for an experienced Office Based Sales Executive to join our ambitious Sales Team. We have a wealth of untapped opportunities at our fingertips, and we’re looking for the right person to help us convert these leads into valued customers and drive our growth potential forward. With a history of year-on-year growth, we have exciting plans to continue expanding. As a Sales Executive, you will manage a combination of Managed Accounts, dormant accounts, and new business to achieve your personal sales targets. Your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and drive will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Proactively manage accounts to retain and grow business.
- Resurrect dormant customers and re-engage them for future business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to growth.
- Conduct on-site and remote product demonstrations and attend customer meetings.
About You: To be successful in this role, you’ll have sales experience from a similar business-to-business environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You’ll also have the following:

- A good understanding of the customer buying process.
- Solid sales skills in questioning, closing, follow-up, and account management.

- Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English.
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
