The Role
We’re searching for a talented and versatile Videographer / Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who can shoot, edit, and design eye-catching content for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand storytelling. You’ll create high-quality video and graphic assets that reflect our brand identity and captivate our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, ads, website, and campaigns.
- Design digital and print assets, including product packaging, social graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and content.
- Manage and organize content libraries (video footage, graphic templates, brand assets).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in video, design, and social content to keep Icy Bear’s visuals fresh and innovative.
- Support product launches, events, and campaigns with creative content production.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, and graphic designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and social-first content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography (product and lifestyle) preferred.
