About the Role
We are seeking a creative, highly organised, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Executive to manage and grow the personal and professional social media presence of Dr Hanna Kinsella - dentist, entrepreneur, and founder of Icy Bear. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and storytelling, with the ability to reflect Hanna's personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This is a varied role that includes content creation, community management, strategy planning, and in-person support at events, ensuring Hanna's brand is consistently represented online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, etc.) across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure content aligns with Hanna's brand voice, values, and professional profile.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and real-time updates at events, clinics, and brand activities.
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar.
- Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and campaign success.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Community & Engagement
- Manage and grow Hanna's online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
- Build relationships with influencers, media outlets, and brand partners where relevant.
- Event Support
- Accompany Hanna to events, brand launches, and PR opportunities to capture content and manage live coverage.
- Ensure brand representation at events is consistent both online and in person.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for personal brands, influencers, or lifestyle businesses.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices and algorithms.
- Creative eye for storytelling, photography, and videography.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as alongside Hanna and her team.
- Flexible to attend events, including evenings and weekends when required.
