Salary: £20,000–£25,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Role

Icy Bear Dental is a fast-growing dental brand focused on making oral care feel cool, confident, and accessible. We’re looking for a UGC Creator / Social Media Assistant who lives and breathes short-form content and knows how to turn trends into scroll-stopping videos.

This is an exciting, hands-on role with real ownership. You won’t be boxed into a rigid job description – you’ll help shape the role, influence how we show up on TikTok, and grow alongside the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to our brand
• Assist with posting, scheduling, and caption writing
• Help manage DMs, comments, and community engagement
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with brand goals and launches
• Support general social media tasks as the brand grows
• Managing TikTok backend
• Support our freelance TikTok live presenters

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating UGC or personal brand content (portfolio or socials required)
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
• Comfortable being on camera (or creating POV-style content)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Passion for social media, branding, and digital storytelling

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Understand influencer marketing & UGC strategy
• Have worked with e-commerce brands before
