Fast-growing premium oral care brand redefining smiles with innovative whitening products and cutting-edge dental solutions. We pride ourselves on our quality, customer experience, and brand excellence - both online and in-store. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a sharp, organised and data-driven E-Commerce Assistant to help us deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, loves problem-solving, and has a knack for turning numbers into insights. You’ll work closely with our E-Commerce Manager to support the day-to-day running of our online store, while also analysing performance data to drive smarter, faster decisions.

You’ll have a hands-on role in maintaining site performance, supporting campaigns, monitoring stock, and optimising customer journeys - all while providing valuable data insights to help shape growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the E-Commerce Manager in the daily running of the online store (product uploads, price changes, stock updates, product descriptions, imagery).
  • Manage and update promotions, bundles, and special offers across platforms.
  • Monitor stock levels and work closely with operations to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
  • Ensure product pages are optimised for SEO and conversion.
  • Assist with merchandising and improving site navigation and user experience.
  • Pull, clean, and analyse data from key platforms (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok).
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and customer retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards to share insights with the team.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Support testing initiatives (A/B tests, landing page optimisation, new product launches).
  • Support customer service processes related to order queries, returns, and delivery issues.
  • Identify and flag recurring issues to help improve the online experience.
  • Work with marketing to ensure campaigns are accurately reflected online.
Skills and Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform) is essential.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or other CRM/email marketing platforms (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
