We are seeking experienced Plan Checkers to join our Building Control team. This is a fully remote role where you will play a key role in reviewing building regulation submissions, supporting high-quality compliance, and helping to shape safe, well-designed developments across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Checking plans for compliance with Building Regulations
- Providing clear, practical technical feedback
- Working collaboratively with surveyors, inspectors and clients
- Managing your workload whilst working remotely, with autonomy and trust

- RBI Class 2C-2F
- Strong Building Regulations knowledge
