The role of Client Relationship Manager involves developing a strong portfolio of commercial clients by:
- Assessing, underwriting and pricing risks
- Maintaining long-term client and broker relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients and brokers
- Build and sustain strong, long‑term client and broker relationships

- Arrange and manage new policy placements, renewals and mid‑term adjustments
- Ensure all documentation, files and processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements
