We are growing our Building Control team at @ICW Group and are looking for talented Plan Checkers who are committed to quality, compliance and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality plan assessments, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and helping to shape safe, high-quality developments across the UK.

In this role, you will: Deliver accurate and timely plan checks in line with Building Regulations and BSR requirements.

Support a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.

Identify risks early and contribute to high standards of compliance and quality assurance.

Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues across Building Control and Technical Services.

Play an active role in driving continuous improvement and standardising best practice.
