This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team based in Ashford, Kent, TN25 4BF. This is a hybrid working role with a mix of office and home working. This is a great opportunity to work in this area for a Global Medical Devices organisation, leading and supporting through a change period.
This role will actively engage with global projects and manage key central functions for the UK, Ireland and UAE entities. It leads human resources business processes for the site, organizational unit or corporate functional area, and ensures legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct or support staffing and recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to solve problems and resolve conflicts in a creative, responsive and pro-active manner.
- Represent management in investigating, answering, and settling disciplinaries/grievances.
- Perform various administrative functions.
- Maintain HR systems/databases, records and postings ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Take ownership of performance management and employee relations (policy/procedure interpretation).
- Deliver training to stakeholders.
- Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
