As the Security Compliance Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for compliance data compilation, monitoring and auditing process.
- Compile feedback reports from audits as required and distribute to relevant parties.
- Compile CBT data reports and disseminate information to relevant parties.
- Maintain spreadsheet of test results, adding data within 24 hours of receipt of information.
- Update Inspection spreadsheet within 48 hours of receipt of information.
- Update uniform collection list and post in officers to crew room and provide copy to STM.
- Oversee the issuing of uniform through the STM and resolve uniform issues that arise.
- Complete CCTV requests within 72 hours of receiving request.
- Submit Security clearance applications for both renewals, new starters and other LLA staff on day of receipt of notification.
- Check status of previously submitted Security clearance applications daily.
- Compile and issue deficiency advisory notices (DAN).
- Track outstanding responses from 3rd party companies.
- Carry out Airfield Operations Training as required.
- Carry out retrospective CCTV audits for patrol paperwork submitted daily.

- Excellent command of English both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks.
- Flexibility and availability according to operational needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated but also able to work well in a team.
- Punctual and professional with key attention to detail.
- 5-year checkable work history successfully vetted.
- Successful clearance of CRC and CTC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Training provided and paid for upon successful completion.
Desirable
- Previous experience in Security Compliance.
