We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager to work on our prestigious contract in the Dunfirmline area. Working alongside the world's leading online retailer, based at their fulfilment sites in the Dunfirmline area, this is a fast-paced environment and would suit experienced individuals who are seeking a role that differs from normal security positions.
You will be managing a small team of up to 60 people, so will require previous management experience in a similar sized team. Taking responsibility for monitoring KPIs, the Security Manager will focus on optimum delivery of the service via a trained and engaged security team and will work closely with our customer's on-site leadership team; therefore, you will need to be reliable and flexible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Management of the security team including dynamic rota, personal development and team engagement
- Supporting the Area Manager to drive productivity to maximise performance whilst ensuring standards and protocol are adhered to
- Instilling a culture of continuous improvement
- Front line Client/customer relationship management - represent ICTS to its stakeholders to meet the client’s and ICTS service expectations
- Operational management – Monitoring use of financial resources; and support processing of end of month financial activity and reporting
- Monitor and drive professional standards on site, to include ISO QM, BCMS, and Environmental. Responsible for SR2 Audit preparation
- Support management of all aspects of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to: Recruitment, CRC and vetting; Absence Management; Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievances; Staff appraisals; Staff development; Training Files; Performance Management
- To comply with Company Policies and Procedures and site-specific procedures.
- To provide a positive contribution towards maintaining an environment of equal opportunity, in accordance with the Equal Opportunities and Diversity policy.
- To fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- To undertake other related duties as commensurate with the business needs and that of the site.
- Able to provide a full ten year history for vetting purposes

- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role in 24 hr security would be an advantage.
