Established in 1987, ICTS UK specialises in the provision of integrated security and customer services within the most demanding environments. Applying our unique concept, ICTS works with a wide variety of organisation types including major public attractions, leisure, financial retail, public sector, transport and government bodies.
We are currently recruiting for Security Agents to join our professional team at Bristol Airport. You must be keen in providing top-level customer service to ensure all our customers’ ‘Amazing Journey’ starts safely at Security. Interaction will include daily communication to address specific customer needs. You will be working within a small team which will need to work together at all times; therefore you will need to be reliable and flexible. These positions are permanent contracts.
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Hours: 6 days on 3 days off, flexible rota, between 4 -12 hours per shifts
Delivering exceptional customer service where your duties will include access control, x-ray screening, bag searching, body searching, patrolling (This will be in passenger screening areas, but also occasionally in staff screening areas) and any other security functions as required. All these duties require standing, bending and long periods of time spent standing and walking.

- Flexible team member with ability to communicate with the client, managers and colleagues.
Employment is subject to full CTC/CRC Security Clearances. Successful applicants are required to provide full five-year vetting history. Minimum 3 years UK residency.
Applicants must be in possession of a valid Passport with any Right to Work documents or photographic Driving Licence, Full National Insurance Number, Proof of address i.e. recent utility bill (dated within the past 3 months).

Recruitment Day is held between 0900-1500 at the Bristol Room, which is situated in the Old Terminal Building at Bristol Airport, BS48 3DY. If you are travelling by car, please follow signs to Bristol Airport Silverzone parking (BS48 3DP) and as you arrive at Silverzone follow signs to staff parking and take a ticket at the entrance barrier. (we will issue a day voucher to pay on exit) Use the Staff bus that will take you to the Admin/Security Building main entrance. Report to reception and you will be met and taken to the Bristol room.
