ICTS is pleased to offer a permanent, high-profile role of Security Console Operator at a prestigious client site in central Edinburgh, where you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of premises and people. Working as a key member of the security and Control Room operational leadership team to deliver the Security and Safety Service, you will carry out a range of duties which include:
- To effectively monitor CCTV for the prevention of crime and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitors
- To work alongside the Duty Supervisor in leading an operational shift of Security Officers around the site
- To deal with fire system isolations and reactivations, as directed
- To efficiently respond to alarms, incidents, and evacuations; and co-ordinate a response
- To accurately maintain all Logs, Records, and Incident Reports/Statements; and ensure they are legible and can withstand scrutiny
- To dispatch initial First Aid response
- To report and investigate any acts or omissions that may compromise Health
