To be responsible for overall running of HBS Operations in and around Heathrow.
KEY TASK AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall day to day responsibility for the service delivery (planning, Payroll, Invoicing, annual leave, KPIs, SLAs, etc.) of the ICTS (UK) operations in HBS LHR
- Overall responsibility towards the company’s clients in matters of service delivery.
- Responsible for HBS Yearly and Monthly Budgets.
- Responsible for Health and Safety (H&S), Risk Assessments (RAs) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Responsible for the updates and maintenance of Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintains frequent contact with clients for feedback, planning and development of additional services
- Oversees the professional performance of Duty Manager/Supervisors
- Monthly audit of their contract to ensure compliance with all regulatory, internal and client procedures
- Conduct Staff Appraisals as required by ICTS (UK) & Ireland Ltd
- Recurrent and On Job Training, Drills and staff development.
- Responsible for company internal systems.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience in ICTS at Duty Manager level for a minimum of one year
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Track record of ability to work under pressure in dynamic work environment
- Flexibility according to operational needs
- Good administration skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft 365)
- Experience of directly managing a team.
- Leading by example approach to management
- Tidy, organised, presentable
