We are currently recruiting for Security Manager to work on our prestigious contract in the Dunfirmline area.

Working along side the worlds leading online retailer, based at their fulfilmentsites inthe Dunfirmline area, this is a fast paced environment and support processing of end of month financial activity and reporting Monitor and drive professional standards on site, to include ISO QM, BCMS, and Environmental.

Responsible for SR2 Audit preparation Support management of all aspects of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to: Recruitment, CRC and vetting Absence Management Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievances Staff appraisals Staff development Training Files Performance Management To comply with Company Policies and Procedures and site-specific procedures.

To provide a positive contribution towards maintaining an environment of equal opportunity, in accordance with the Equal Opportunities and Diversity policy.

To undertake other related duties as commensurate with the business needs and that of the site.
