We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Divisional Director to lead and manage ICTS's Corporate Security contracts with oversight of our Electronic Security/Monitoring services across the UK. This is a national role with a primary focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational and Contract Management
    • Oversee all aspects of the UK corporate security contracts, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
    • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements to meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Collaborate closely with regional management teams to implement best practices in quality assurance, training, and administration.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a strategic partner for both client and internal ICTS stakeholders, providing guidance and support to the clients security and loss prevention departments.
    • Foster strong, proactive relationships with clients, demonstrating ICTS values and aligning with client leadership principles to deliver excellence in service.
    • Act as an advisor to the client on new technologies and approaches, driving continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Financial and Performance Accountability
    • Direct financial oversight of the operational sector, including budget management, payroll, invoicing, and end-of-month financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement performance targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives, driving a results-focused culture within the team.
    • Provide the Executive Director with comprehensive performance reporting, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • People Development and Team Leadership
    • Champion professional development, succession planning, and team engagement across all contract levels.
    • Work closely with the ICTS Recruitment Centre to ensure staffing aligns with contract requirements.
    • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding the ICTS commitment to equality, diversity, and respect.
  • Business Development and Strategic Growth
    • Support the Business Development team with bid and tender preparations, crafting compelling business cases to expand and diversify the service portfolio.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen ICTS's market presence and actively participate in ICTS newsletters, award submissions, and promotional initiatives.
