Within this active supervisory role, you will be required to ensure the security and safety of a prestigious client site. Working as part of a team in a modern, fast-paced environment, you will carry out a range of duties including:

  • Overall responsibility for the security operations on shift (SIA checks, uniform and appearance of the officers, team briefing, handover, patrols including CCTV, checks, lock/unlock of premises, reporting any equipment faults).
  • Liaise with Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations.
  • Report and respond to all security incidents and emergency situations.
  • Attend and manage all security related incidents including fire evacuation and conflict management including physical intervention.
  • Assist the Contract Manager to carry out investigations and issue reports of non-conformities or letters of concern when required.
  • Responsible for comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents, all daily activities are logged.
  • Escalate incidents to ICTS management.
  • Ensure standing orders as well as Risk Assessments are read, understood, and signed.
  • Recommend to Contract Manager any changes needed to standing orders.
  • Ensure all security documentation is filled in correctly.
  • Ensure Contract Manager is briefed on site activities daily.
  • Ensure all security areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Report loss/damage of security equipment.
  • Able to coach, train and mentor a new team member.
  • Be able to delegate to and empower the team to achieve desired results.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, stay professional and avoid favouritism within the team.

Full training, uniform, and health & safety equipment are provided.

Qualifications:

  • 5-year checkable background.
  • Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
  • Documentation to prove eligibility to work within the UK, if applicable.
  • Excellent command of English – both oral and written.
  • SIA license: Door Supervisor or Close Protection.
  • Full, clean manual UK driving licence.
  • Experience in supervising.
