Position: Compliance Supervisor Development Role
Reporting to: Compliance Manager
Job Overview: The compliance team works alongside our front-line operations to ensure we are operating to our internal standards and those defined by UK and EU regulation. Your role will be responsible, as part of a team, to ensure the daily delivery of compliance-based security metrics as part of overall Security performance. You will build great relationships and engage and support the ICTS team, stakeholders, and other parties such as the CAA. You will drive change by promoting a positive security culture.
Principal Accountability:
- Ensure that all changes to security operating practices are clearly communicated so that the team is informed with the knowledge required to be effective in their role and so that delivery is consistent and compliant.
- Effectively support the operation by ensuring compliance standards are being achieved.
- Engage and lead meaningful compliance conversations with the operational teams both in the moment and through more formalised meetings.
- Work with the wider Security Compliance team to review, develop and improve security processes.
